My client gave AI a Trakker Report, the Results Changed Her Business

A client asked if AI could help boost her sales.
I showed her one report in Trakker called Product Profit Margins Between Dates. We pulled sales data from the past few years, saved it to Excel. Then we simply dragged and dropped it from the desktop into Microsoft Copilot.

Her first prompt, or question, was:
“Please Review this file. What are the top 20 products based on profit. Include profit margin, items sold, number of invoices, and number of customers.”
